Through full time evangelism, Bill has shared Christ on television, radio, internet web casts, and in local churches from coast to coast and around the world. He was a guest soloist for the General Council of the Assemblies of God when it convened in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as the General Conference for the Pentecostal Holiness Church, when it was held in Raleigh, North Carolina. The guest speaker was Dr. Cho, Pastor of the world’s largest church in Seoul, South Korea.
When asked, what is one of your fondest memories over the last thirty years of traveling and singing? With a smile he goes back thirty years to a Pastors conference in Myrtle Beach, SC. “The late Dr. C.M. Ward was the speaker, and I the soloist. After a few days of ministry, Dr. Ward stood up while I was singing, and shouted, “I’m going to make him my new soloist!”
After the meeting, Dr. Ward handed me a piece of paper that had this endorsement on it. “Bill Wagner, a Christian Gentleman has sung from a thousand platforms and has always pointed people to Christ.”
That wonderful experience that week launched a ministry that has lasted over thirty years.
